If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you may have seen me hint about my brand new product! Everyone knows that adult coloring is hot, hot, hot right now- and it seems it’s not going to “cool off” anytime soon! I’ve had several people request that I create some “adult coloring” products. So here is what I’ve created for you- note cards to color!
The cards are blank inside, so there are a couple of ways you can use these:
- *Buy a pack for yourself, color them in, and use them for birthday cards, thank you notes, etc.
- *You could leave the front uncolored and write your greeting inside, then give a card to a friend, mom, sister, secret pal etc. and let them color in the card front- that way, the card becomes part of the gift!
- *OR, you could give the entire package to a friend who enjoys coloring and let them color in the cards.
I have 4 collections to choose from:
Cozy Afternoon– Do you recognize these designs from last year’s Block of the Month quilt?
Inspiring Birds have uplifting quotes…
Baskets & Blooms have cute flowers…
And finally, Maggie’s First Dance note cards coordinate with our 2016 Block of the Month!
Each package has 2 each of 4 different designs. You can color these with colored pencils, markers, crayons… if you use a very wet medium like watercolor, I recommend using water very sparingly. I’ve colored most of the cards in the samples above with Caran d’Ache watercolor crayons*. Each package also includes a “practice area” to test out your colors and coloring supplies.
If these are popular, I will come up with more collections for you to choose from…. I have soooo many ideas….
I am having a SALE for 4 days only! Through Thursday March 31, use coupon code NewCards2016 to get $2 off each package of cards. They are perfect for Mother’s Day and end-of-the-year teacher gifts!

Those are just too sweet!

I would very much like your permission to do the adult coloring book project
using wool applique. I do want to tell you I am just a beginner in this technique, so it probably won’t be done ‘perfect’ but I will do my best.
I have been rug hooking for YEARS and have a lot of hand dyed wool, and would love to use it on a new to me fiber project.
Thank You
I contacted you the first day you had the e book and the $6.95 a month. I had asked how to pay for it. No one contacted me. I’m very unhappy. I want to know how do I pay for the E Book.
Joan, you contacted me on Facebook, and I replied TWICE to that comment within a few hours. Please contact me by email if you have specific questions- it’s much too easy to miss replies to Facebook and blog comments (such as this one here). There is a contact button at the top of this page, as well as a button on the right side which says Ask Me Anything and allows you to email me directly. I have also responded to you about this comment via email.
