Did you know that October is National Cookie Month? I’ve featured lots of cookie recipes on my blog…¬†Why do I love cookies? Because¬†there are so many different flavors and textures, and they are a portable little treat. You can make fancy cut out cookies, old-fashioned drop cookies, or quick and easy bars. When you walk into a room carrying a plate of freshly baked cookies, you suddenly become very popular! What’s better than a cookie, still warm from the oven, enjoyed with a cold glass of milk, or a cup of tea?

So here is a rundown of some of my favorite cookie recipes. Enjoy. And then maybe go for a jog or something. You want to still be able to button your pants at the end of the month.
