I love this time of year! Pulling out the sweaters, making soup, enjoying the fall foliage, and of course, getting ready for Thanksgiving! Last week, I did a run down of some easy Thanksgiving decorating ideas. Today- some Thanksgiving recipes for you to try!
There are 2 schools of thought on special holiday recipes-
- Have them only once per year- that’s what makes them special!
- Have them anytime- every day should be a celebration!
I think I fall somewhere in between- we have some recipes, like the Green Beans and Triple Corn Spoon Bread, that we have at all of our major family holiday dinners, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. What do you think?
Here are some yummy looking dishes to try. Click on the photos below for the recipe.

Hi Grace- you know my mom hosted Thanksgiving this year, and there were no leftovers!! I really missed the leftovers over the weekend. I’m thinking of doing another “Thanksgiving” dinner this weekend, so we can enjoy all of our favorite dishes again :)
